Terms of Service
The rules for using Fish Cutting Meme - whose photos you can upload, what you cannot make, how credits and refunds work, and AI-generated content.
These terms cover your use of Fish Cutting Meme, an independent tool that turns one photo into a fish cutting meme video. By using the site you agree to them. Questions: support@fishcuttingmeme.com.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use Fish Cutting Meme.
Whose photo you can upload
Only upload a photo of yourself, or of another adult who gave you permission to use it. Do not upload photos of children, of celebrities or public figures, or of anyone who did not agree. You are responsible for having the rights to the photo you upload.
What you cannot make
Do not use the service to make anything sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or deceptive, anything that impersonates a real person to mislead others, or anything that breaks the law. We may refuse a photo, stop a video or close an account that breaks these rules, without refunding credits used for it.
Credits and refunds
- Each fish cutting video uses the number of credits shown next to the button (currently 30). Credit packs are one-time purchases: 50 credits for $9.99, 200 for $29.99, 750 for $99.99 and 1250 for $149.99 (USD).
- If a video fails, its credits are returned automatically.
- Credits you buy never expire. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Credits already used for a finished video are not refunded. For any other refund question, email us.
AI-generated content
Videos are AI-generated by our AI provider, yir.ai, and may not look exactly like you or behave perfectly; hands, the knife or the fish can sometimes look odd. When you post a video, label it as AI-generated. You may use the videos you make for personal and social media use. You are responsible for what you post. The download link for each video works for 7 days; download it within 7 days, because we do not keep a copy.
Not affiliated
Fish Cutting Meme is an independent tool inspired by the trend. It is not affiliated with the original creator of the fish cutting meme, Instagram or TikTok.
The service
We work to keep the site running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will update this page and the date at the top.
